67th World Ploughing Contest in Co Laois IrelandThe Northern Ireland Ploughing Team compete at the 67th World Ploughing Contest in Ireland on 20th to 22nd Septemebr, in Co Loais.
The two Northern Ireland representatives this year were David Wright, Loup Ploughing Society, competing in the Reversible class and Andrew Gill, Listooder Ploughing Society and will compete in the Conventional Class. This was a very successful contest with David Wright being placed second overall in the Reversible Class and Andrew Gill placing fourth overall in the Conventional Class.
